Wirtualna Polska falls on Q2 net loss, weak outlook

** Polish media firm Wirtualna Polska WPL.WA falls 7% after its Q2 net result came in below estimates and posted a weaker-than-expected forecast for H2 sales

** "Due to the higher loss on financial activities, the company recorded a higher net loss than expected," says Erste Group analyst Krzysztof Tkocz

** The analyst also points to a "not very optimistic" outlook for the second half of the year and expects a negative investor reaction to the report

** Wirtualna Polska expects revenue in its advertising and subscriptions segment in H2 to remain at a similar level year-on-year, while the market could have expected a slight improvement, Tkocz says

** Shares set for worst day since May
