sponsor's interest in jieyang school at consideration of rmb91 
million 
    * Dongguan huasheng entered into jieyang school acquisition 
agreement with seller a 
    * announces acquisition of 70% interest in jieyang school 
and assets currently occupied by jieyang school 
    * dongguan huasheng also entered into asset acquisition 
agreement to acquire 70% interest in assets for rmb133 million
