Global X ETFs ICAV (the "ICAV")

 

Re: Appointment of Director

 

The Directors of the ICAV wish to announce that George Taylor has been
appointed as a director of the ICAV with effect from 24 October 2025.

 

George joined Global X ETFs Europe at its inception in 2020. In his capacity
as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Head, he is responsible for overseeing all
operating, product, and control suite functions across the firm, in addition
to co-heading regional business activities. He serves on the board of Global X
Management Company UK (Ltd).

 

George brings over 18 years of experience in financial services, spanning
asset management, ETFs, and capital markets. Most recently, he served as Head
of Capital Markets at Global X ETFs. Prior to that, George spent five years at
HSBC Asset Management, holding senior positions within the ETF business and
leading the ETF Capital Markets team. Earlier in his career, he was with ETF
Securities (now WisdomTree).
