The following prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority:

 

WT Securities Programme by WisdomTree Issuer X Limited (the "Issuer").

Onboarding of new custodian

 

The Issuer hereby announces that it has onboarded BitGo Trust Company, Inc
("BitGo") as a Custodian to the WT Securities Programme as at the date of this
notice.   The Issuer shall not custody any Digital Assets backing existing
WT Securities until 30 days from the date of this notice.

 

Notice of changes to the Conditions

 

The Issuer hereby announces that by an amendment to the Master Trust Deed
dated 29 October 2025, the Issuer has agreed with the Trustee certain changes
to the Conditions.  The changes are set out below (the "Condition Changes"):

 

The definition of "Programme Document" in clause 1.1 (Definitions) of Schedule
6 (Terms and Conditions of the WT Securities) to the Master Trust Deed is now
as follows:

"Programme Document" means in respect of each Class of WT Securities, each of
the Trust Deed, the Security Documents, each Custody Agreement, each Agency
Agreement, if applicable, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Registrar
Agreement, each Authorised Participant Agreement, the Master Purchase
Agreement and the Master Services Agreement and "Programme Documents" means
all such documents.

The following wording has been included as a new defined term in alphabetical
order in clause 1.1 (Definitions) of Schedule 6 (Terms and Conditions of the
WT Securities) to the Master Trust Deed:

""Master Purchase Agreement" means a master purchase agreement (as amended,
supplemented, novated and/or replaced from time to time) entered into by the
Issuer and BitGo Prime LLC.".

The definition of "Custodian" in the "Definitions" section of Annex A (Digital
Securities Annex) of Schedule 7 (Applicable Product Annex) to the Master Trust
Deed is now as follows:

""Custodian" means, in relation to a Class of Digital Securities, any
person(s) specified in the Final Terms with respect to such Class of Digital
Securities or in a Notice to WT Securityholders.".

 

The Condition Changes are effective from the date of this notice.

 

Terms not defined herein have the same meaning given to them in the prospectus
for the Issuer dated today.
