WisdomTree Issuer X Limited (the "Issuer") hereby announces that a supplement
to its base prospectus dated 29 October 2025 (the "Prospectus") has been
approved by the Financial Conduct Authority today (the "Supplementary
Prospectus").

Notice of changes to the Conditions

 

The Issuer hereby announces that by an amendment to the Master Trust Deed
dated 24 November 2025, the Issuer has agreed with the Trustee to make certain
changes to the Applicable Product Annex as set out in the Supplementary
Prospectus (the "Condition Changes").

 

The Condition Changes are effective from the date of this notice.

 

Terms not defined herein have the same meaning given to them in the
Prospectus.
