WISDOMTREE ISSUER X LIMITED

(the "Issuer")

Notice to holders of WT Securities regarding an amendment to the Management
Fee for each Class of WT Securities

The Issuer hereby notifies holders of WT Securities that it has amended the
Management Fee payable in respect of the below listed WT Securities (together
the "Affected Securities") (the "Management Fee Amendment"):

 WisdomTree Physical Crypto Mega Cap Equal Weight Securities  GB00BMTP1733  0.40%                    0.70%

The Management Fee Amendment shall be effective on 1 April 2026.

The Issuer further announces that, in accordance with the Conditions, it has
made a technical change to the Final Terms of each of the Affected Securities
to document the Management Fee Amendment.  Any further changes to the
Management Fee will be announced by the Issuer by way of RNS.

Terms not defined herein have the same meaning given to them in the prospectus
for the Issuer dated 29 October 2025.
