NOTICE IN RESPECT OF A CHANGE OF ADMINISTRATOR AND UPDATE TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE ISSUER

 

The Directors of the Issuer wish to announce that effective from the date of
this announcement, the Administrator of the Issuer has changed from R&H
Fund Services (Jersey) Limited to Apex Financial Services (Alternative Funds)
Limited (the "Administrator Change").

 

The Issuer further announces that the composition of the Board of Directors of
the Issuer has also changed. Steven Ross and Christopher Foulds have resigned,
and Olivia Vuillemin and Vinod Rajput have been appointed as Directors of the
Issuer. (the "Board of Directors Update").  The Board of Directors Update is
effective as at 4 February 2025.

 

The Administrator Change and Board of Directors Update are both reflected in
supplements to the base prospectuses of the Issuer, approved by the Central
Bank of Ireland and the Financial Conduct Authority today.

You are not required to take any action as a result of this announcement.

Terms used in this announcement and not otherwise defined bear the meanings
given to them in the base prospectus of the Issuer dated 21 October 2024 in
respect of its WisdomTree Short Commodity Securities and its WisdomTree
Leveraged Commodity Securities or the base prospectus of the Issuer dated 22
October 2024 in respect of its WisdomTree Classic Commodity Securities and its
WisdomTree Longer Dated Commodity Securities.
