Nov 16 (Reuters) - Wison Engineering Services : 
 * voluntary announcement latest development of a litigation involving a subsidiary  2236.HK  
 * parties to the legal proceedings agreed the tenancy agreement shall be terminated 
 * "upon receiving payment and compensation, tenant will take steps to release property preservation measures" 
 * parties to the legal proceedings have reached an agreement for the settlement of the legal proceedings 
 * "tenant shall not have other claims against Wison Engineering in relation to the tenancy agreement" 
 * pursuant to agreement, Wison Engineering shall compensate for economic losses of tenant in the sum of RMB3.9 million 
 * Wison Engineering shall return to tenant to tenancy agreement deposit and prepaid rental payment of RMB3.1 million
