FEBRUARY 2024 TRAFFIC AND

CO2 EMISSION STATISTICS

WIZZ AIR CARRIED 4.4 MILLION PASSENGERS,

AN INCREASE OF 16% YEAR-ON-YEAR

Ticker: WIZZ

Geneva, 4 March 2024: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the fastest growing
and one of the most sustainable European airlines, today announces passenger
and CO(2) emission statistics for February 2024.

In February 2024, Wizz Air carried 4,385,695 passengers, representing a 15.8%
increase year-on-year, at a load factor of 90.0%. The February load factor
continued to be impacted by reallocated Israel capacity and more flown
capacity than anticipated, as some of the aircraft groundings related to the
mandatory GTF engine inspections occurred later than expected.

The airline continued to grow its network and improve its customer offering in
February. During the month:

· Wizz Air announced the opening of its second training center in
Rome scheduled for May of 2024. The training center will house three
full-flight simulators with capacity to train over 4800 Wizz Air pilots
yearly.

· Wizz Air strengthened its leading position in Hungary by adding
two Airbus A321neos to its Budapest based fleet and has announced official
partnership with the Hungarian Olympic Committee.

· Wizz Air improved its score in CDP's 2023 (Carbon Disclosure
Project) global environmental impact ranking. An overall "B" score in the CDP
ranking indicates that Wizz Air is taking coordinated action on climate
issues.

· Wizz Air has been awarded 'Strategic Investment of The Year -
Europe' at the 2023 SAF Investor Awards, recognizing Wizz Air's equity
investment in Firefly Green Fuels, a UK-based biofuel company dedicated to SAF
production from sewage sludge.

· Wizz Air continues to consistently report the lowest CO(2)
emissions per passenger/km among competitor airlines, with 52.0 grams per
passenger/km for the rolling 12 months to 29 February 2024. For the month of
February, CO(2) emissions were 51.4 grams per passenger/km (5.1% higher than
the same month last year).
