WIZZ AIR STRENGTHENS NETWORK WITH 6.7% GROWTH IN FEBRUARY

Geneva, 3 March 2026: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air") reports 6.7%
year-on-year passenger growth in February 2026.
Wizz Air carried 4.92 million passengers in February, a 6.7% increase
year-on-year, with capacity rising 8.3% to 5.44 million seats. The load factor
for the month was 90.5%, down 1.3 ppts year-over-year.
During the month:
· A new base opened at Palermo in Italy: Wizz Air's network
expansion saw the opening of its 39(th) base in February, with two A321neo
aircraft based in Palermo at the start of the month. This sees Wizz Air now
accounting for more than 10% of the Italian market, placing it as the second
largest airline in the country by market share.
· Calendar 2025 statistics demonstrated strong operational
performance: Final authorized statistics for calendar 2025, published in the
month, showed Wizz Air had carried 68.6m passengers over the period, an
increase of 9.4% year-on-year. Operationally, the business continued to
improve its performance with a 99.61% completion rate and an A15 ratio of
77.98%.
