Ecoark climbs on deal to sell Banner unit

** Shares of investment company Ecoark Holdings Inc ZEST.O
up 6.7% at $2.10
** ZEST to divest Banner Midstream Corp, an oil and gas
unit, to Enviro Technologies US Inc EVTN.PK via a reverse
merger
** Enviro, a product manufacturer for industries including
aerospace and automotive, will issue about 13 mln shares to
Ecoark in exchange for Banner
** Enviro says Banner recorded $18.75 mln in revenue for the
year ended on March 31, 2022
** ZEST declines 6.7% so far this year
