Appointment of New Nominated Adviser and Broker
Finalisation of Board Changes
Obtala Limited (AIM: OBT), the African focused forestry and timber trading company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Arden Partners Plc as Nominated Adviser and broker to the company with immediate effect.
Further to the announcement on 30 October 2018, the Company confirms that following the satisfactory outcome of regulatory due diligence, Mr Ghossein, Mr. Abbas and Mr. Hansen have been appointed as Deputy Chairman, Head of Trading Division, and Chief Operating Officer respectively. The Company also informs that Jessica Camus has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. All of the Board changes are with effect from today.  The Board has started a process to appoint a further independent Non-Executive Director. Furthermore, as previously announced, Martin Collins stepped down, with effect from 29 October 2018 from his position as Deputy Chairman.
