Admission Date
Obtala Limited (AIM: OBT), the African focused agricultural and forestry company, confirms that the 1,813,536 new Ordinary Shares subject of the Offer as announced on 2 of February will be admitted on 8 February. The 4,840,600 new Ordinary Shares the subject of the Placing are now expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 13 February 2018 together with 2,317,459 of the first tranche of the Subscription Shares set out in the announcement dated 30 January. The balance of the Subscription Shares will be admitted at a later date.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the shares on the 8 February, the Company will have 295,092,803 Ordinary Shares in issue and following the share issue on the 13 February, the Company will have 302,250,862 Ordinary Shares in issue. 99,378 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. These figures above may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
