Completion of Subscription and Admission
 
Further to the announcements dated 26 February, 2 February and 30 January Obtala Limited (AIM: OBT), the African focused agricultural and forestry company, announces that one subscriber has decreased its subscription, reducing the total amount of the Subscription by £0.8m to £3.7m (including the additional Subscription announced on 2 February but excluding the Offer and Institutional Placing announced on 2 and 5 February). As a result, 14,878,308 New Ordinary Shares subject of the Subscription will be admitted to trading on AIM on 29 March 2018, being the final tranche of the Subscription.
 
In total the Company raised £4.6m through the Subscription, Placing and Offer.
 
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the shares on the 29 March, the Company will have 329,716,048 Ordinary Shares in issue.  99,378 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.  These figures above may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
