Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker Finalised
Obtala Limited (AIM: OBT), the African focused agricultural and forestry company, is pleased to announce that further to the Company's announcements dated 16 October 2017 and 5 December 2017 regarding the appointment of Northland Capital Partners Limited ("Northland") as its Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker, Northland has now satisfactorily completed its due diligence and has provided all relevant confirmations to the London Stock Exchange that it will continue to act as Nominated Adviser on an ongoing basis. Northland will also continue to act as the Company's Joint Broker.
This announcement contains inside information as defined in Article 7 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 and has been announced in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of that Regulation.
