Results of General Meeting and Change of Name
 
Obtala Limited (AIM: OBT), the African focused forestry and timber trading company, is pleased to announce that, at the GM held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed including a resolution to change the name of the Company to Woodbois Limited.
 
The change of name will take effect on receipt of the change of name certificate from the Guernsey Registry, which is expected to be received later today. 
 
Dealings under the new name are expected to commence at 7.00 a.m. on 21 March 2019.  The Woodbois AIM ticker will be amended to WBI.
