Obtala Resources Limited (AIM:OBT), the African focused agricultural and forestry company, announces that it has been notified that on 28 July, Miles Pelham, Chairman of Obtala, transferred his wife's legal interest in 5,050,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his own name, for nil consideration.
Following this transfer, the aggregate beneficial interest of Miles and his connected persons remains unchanged at 12,800,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.86 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
