Results of Annual General Meeting
Obtala Resources Limited (AIM:OBT), the African focused agricultural and forestry company, is pleased to announce that, at the AGM held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed including a resolution to change the name of the Company to Obtala Limited.
The change of name will take effect on receipt of the change of name certificate from the Guernsey Registry, which is expected to be received tomorrow, Tuesday 9th August.
Dealings under the new name are expected to commence at 7.00 a.m. on 10th August 2016. The Obtala AIM ticker remains as OBT and the website address, containing all information required by AIM Rule 26, will be amended to www.obtala.com from 10th August 2016.
