Admission of Shares
 
Following the announcement on 12 May 2021 regarding the Company's Upsized Fundraising, a total of 100,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company have today been admitted to trading on AIM (the "Admission Shares"). The Admission Shares are composed of 99,900,622 new ordinary shares in the Company and 99,378 treasury Shares. 
The Company's issued share capital is comprised of 2,482,117,053 ordinary shares, of which 1,857,117,053 are voting shares and 625,000,000 are non-voting shares.
