Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

 

Woodbois Ltd (AIM:WBI), a leading Company in the international timber
industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrianus Roecoert as an
Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

He brings a wealth of financial and other business experience, having run his
own successful accountancy and tax practice in Europe over many decades. He
has also advised on many large M&A, reorganisations, debt and share
transactions.

 

Executive Chair & CEO said: "Adrianus's advice and contacts gained over
many years will be invaluable to Woodbois. He is a standout addition to the
Board as we grow the Group. I look forward to his insightful and independent
contributions. "

Adrianus will be a member of the Audit, Remuneration & Nominations
Committees.

Adrianus Marinus Roecoert (aged 76) has confirmed that, other than the
information disclosed below, there are no matters to be disclosed under Rule
17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
