Transfer / Change of Nominated Adviser

The Company announces that it has informed and subsequently been accepted by
Allenby Capital Limited ("Allenby Capital") that it the Company wishes to
appoint a new Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect. Allenby
Capital has accepted this and has subsequently resigned.

 

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM are currently suspended as the
Company has not released its final results for the year ending 31 December
2024. Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if a replacement
Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month of today's date, the
admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will/may be cancelled.
