Woodbois Ltd (AIM: WBI), a leading company in the international timber
industry, announces that the Company has received further analysis of its
share register and believes that an individual named Robert Skyrme holds
approximately 207,000,000 shares, representing 5.26% in the voting share
capital of the Company. The Company has not received any formal notification
