Woodbois Limited (AIM: WBI), a leading company in the international timber
industry, received notification on 3 January 2025 from Mr Robert Skyrme, that
Mr Skyrme holds 234,141,817 voting rights over the Company's ordinary shares,
equivalent to 4.52% of the total voting rights in the Company.
