Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Suspension of AIM Admission

Woodbois announces that Canaccord Genuity Limited ("Canaccord Genuity") has
resigned as the Company's nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.

Under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if an AIM company ceases to have
a nominated adviser the London Stock Exchange will suspend trading in its AIM
securities. Accordingly, trading in the Company's securities on AIM has now
been suspended. If a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one
month, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will
be cancelled.

The Company had already begun the process of engaging with a new nominated
adviser and will make a further announcement in due course.
