Update re. termination of facilities with Nykredit Bank A/S

Further to the Company's announcement of 10 January 2025, Woodbois is engaged
in constructive discussions with Nykredit Bank A/S ("Nykredit" or the "Bank")
with a view to reaching an agreement to settle the outstanding sums owed to
the Bank. As a result, repayment of the loan facilities provided by Nykredit
to the Company's subsidiary, Woodbois International ApS, has been postponed.

The directors will continue to work with Nykredit to secure a satisfactory
solution for both parties but there can be no guarantee that an agreement will
be reached and Nykredit has reserved its position.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
