Woodside Energy Group Ltd announces the acquisition of 15,025 ordinary shares
by Marguerite (Meg) Eileen O'Neill following the vesting of share awards under
the Woodside Executive Incentive Scheme, followed by the immediate on-market
sale of 6,761 of those ordinary shares in order to meet expected tax
obligations arising from such acquisition. Both transactions occurred on 1
March 2023.
