Woodside Energy Group Ltd announces the allocation of 111,747 restricted
ordinary shares and the granting of 64,013 performance rights to Marguerite
Eileen O'Neill under the Woodside Executive Incentive Scheme. Both
transactions occurred on 2 May 2023.
