2023 FINAL DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES

On 27 February 2024, Woodside Energy Group Ltd (Woodside) declared a fully
franked final dividend of 60 US cents per share in respect of its full year
ended 31 December 2023 (the Final Dividend). As previously announced, the
record date for the Final Dividend was 8 March 2024 and the payment date is 4
April 2024.

Woodside dividends are determined and declared in US dollars.

The US cent currency exchange rate applicable to the dividend payable in
Australian dollars, British pounds sterling and New Zealand dollars is
determined based on the foreign currency rates around the record date of 8
March 2024.

The amount payable in Australian dollars, British pounds sterling and New
Zealand dollars is detailed below:

Shareholders will receive their dividend in Australian dollars unless their
registered address is in the United Kingdom (in which case they will receive
their dividend in British pounds sterling), in the United States of America
(in which case they will receive their dividend in US dollars) or in New
Zealand (in which case they will receive their dividend in NZ dollars), or
unless they have elected to receive their dividend electronically using Global
Wire Payment Service from the Woodside share registry.

Shareholders should contact the Woodside share registry if they wish to alter
their dividend currency for future dividend payments, including if they wish
to use Global Wire Payment Service to receive their dividend electronically.

As announced on 27 February 2023, the Woodside dividend reinvestment plan
(DRP) has been suspended and therefore is not available in relation to the
Final Dividend.
