PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Woodside Energy Group Limited ("Woodside" or the "Company") today publishes
its Notice of Annual General Meeting for the 2023 Annual General Meeting
("AGM").

 

The AGM will be held on Friday, 28 April 2023 at 10.00am (AWST) at the Perth
Convention & Exhibition Centre, 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth, Western
Australia and online via the Lumi electronic meeting platform.

 

Circulation of the Notice of AGM and related ancillary documentation to
shareholders in accordance with their elections for receiving such documents
from the Company will begin shortly.

 

The Notice of AGM has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism in
unedited full text and will shortly be available for inspection at:
