Woodside Energy Group Ltd announces the allocation of 109,617 restricted
ordinary shares and the granting of 65,771 performance rights to Marguerite
Eileen O'Neill under the Woodside Executive Incentive Scheme. Both
transactions occurred on 1 May 2024.
