** Brokerage expects the hub to shave supply-chain costs, ease store labour and lift store availability

** Sees the facilities ramping far quicker than co's critical Melbourne South Regional Distribution Centre, with tech tweaks and earlier learnings set to amplify gains

** However, flags that much of the upside will likely be ploughed back into the business

** Stock down 3.6% YTD as of last close
