The Company has been notified that Steve Bellamy, Non-Executive Chair, has purchased a total of 55,000 shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed in the PDMR form below.

Following the purchases, Steve Bellamy has a beneficial interest in 710,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
