Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Steve Bellamy, Non-Executive Chair, has
today purchased 100,000 shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"),
at an average price of 25.95 pence per share.

 

Following the purchase, Steve Bellamy has a beneficial interest in 400,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.
