Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

TheWorks.co.uk plc, the family-friendly value retailer of arts, crafts, toys,
books and stationery, announces that it expects to report its FY24 Preliminary
Results for the 53 week period ended 5 May 2024 on Tuesday 01 October 2024.

Investor Meet Company Presentation

The Company is also pleased to announce that Gavin Peck, CEO and Rosie
Fordham, CFO will provide a live presentation relating to the FY24 Preliminary
Results via Investor Meet Company on 02 October 2024, 13:30 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
01 October 2024, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
