Publication of 2022 Annual Report & Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting

Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022, together with the 2022 Notice of
Annual General Meeting, have been issued to shareholders and can be viewed and
downloaded on the Company's website, www.workspace.co.uk/investors.

Copies of these documents, together with the Form of Proxy for the Annual
General Meeting, will be available for inspection at:

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 21 July 2022 at
11.00am at the Company's business centre at Edinburgh House, 170 Kennington
