** Flexible office-space provider sets medium-term target for trading profit before interest of over £125 million per annum after earlier flagging it as a substantial cut
** Co posts a full-year pretax loss of £120.5 million ($161.33 million), missing the consensus estimate of a £58.26 million profit
     ** Co says near-term profitability to be hit by asset disposals and higher interest costs
