** Shares of office-space provider Workspace Group WKP.L down 1.9% to 411p

** Lawrence Hutchings will step down as CEO and Charlie Green, co-founder of The Office Group, will assume the CEO role effective February 2

** Tom Edwards-Moss will succeed Dave Benson as CFO on February 23

** Benson will remain with the company until April 30 to ensure an orderly handover

** Seven of the 10 analysts covering the stock have a "buy" or higher rating, while three have "hold"; median PT is 480p - data compiled by LSEG

** In 2025, the stock fell 19%
