Notarisation of Amended Curno cinema lease
Further to the announcement released on 17 August 2020, the Board is pleased to announce that the amendment to the terms of the Curno cinema lease between the Group and UCI Italia S.p.A (the "Curno Amendment") was duly notarised in Italy on Friday, 11 September 2020 and that the terms of the Curno Amendment are now binding between both parties.
Initial substantial shareholding
The Group has acquired its initial substantial shareholding, a 4% position in Connect Group PLC, a long-established English company listed on the London Stock Exchange.
