Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at
12 noon.

 

The Notice of AGM, together with the Company's annual report and audited
financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2025, will be posted to
shareholders today and a copy of the Notice of AGM will soon be available to
