LONDON, April 28 (Reuters) - Ad group WPP WPP.L said events in the Middle East were causing near-term uncertainty, but it stuck to its forecast for a mid to high single digits decline in like-for-like revenue less pass-through costs in the first half.
The British company on Tuesday reported revenue less pass-through costs of 2.26 billion pounds ($3.05 billion) for the first quarter, down 6.7% on a like-for-like basis, but slightly ahead of analysts' expectations.
