Withdrawal and termination of Offer
Freedom Bidco confirms that it has reached an agreement with Strata (amongst others) to withdraw its offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Strata at a price of A$0.22 per share in cash, together with a share alternative (the Offer), as referred to in its announcement of 18 June 2026 (the "Announcement") (and announced by Strata on 19 June 2026).
Accordingly, Freedom Bidco confirms that the Offer Document will not be published and the Offer to be made by such document will not proceed and has been withdrawn.
Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Announcement.
