       Jan 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2030 GMT on Monday:
    
    ** Medical-device maker Stryker  SYK.N  is in advanced talks
to acquire Inari Medical  NARI.O , which makes devices that
treat patients with venous diseases, people familiar with the

    ** Brazilian investment bank BTG Pactual  BPAC11.SA  will
announce the purchase of Julius Baer's  BAER.S  local unit this
week in a deal of about 1 billion reais ($163.6 million),
newspaper O Globo reported, without saying how it got the

    ** China's WuXi Biologics  2269.HK  said it will sell its
vaccine facility in Ireland to Merck  MRK.N  for about $500

 RVNC.O  for a higher price compared to a buyout offer from

Live TV business with smaller rival FuboTV  FUBO.N , removing a
significant hurdle to the launch of its sports streaming venture

    ** A takeover offer for Malaysia Airports Holdings  MAHB.KL 
by a consortium comprising the country's sovereign wealth fund

    ** Australia's Insignia Financial  IFL.AX  said it has
received a non-binding proposal from CC Capital Partners, LLC to
acquire the firm for A$2.87 billion ($1.78 billion).
