WuXi XDC stock peaks on share sales for service expansion

** Shares of WuXi XDC Cayman Inc 2268.HK jump 7.7% to HK$66, their highest level since debut in Nov 2023

** Set for biggest one-day pct rise since Aug 13

** Pharma services provider said on Wednesday it would raise HK$2.73 billion ($349.49 million) via sale of 46.41 mln new shares to WuXi Biologics 2269.HK and third party investors to for service capability and capacity expansion, working capital

** HK$58.85/shr issue price, 4% discount to Tuesday's close

** WuXi Biologics stock climbs 3.5% to HK$37

** Hang Seng Biotech Index .HSHKBIO rises 1%

** YTD, WuXi XDC up 110.6%, WuXi Biologics up 106.6%
