Wall Street's main indexes fell more than 1% on Friday as a surge in consumer
spending and inflation in January sparked concerns that the Federal Reserve will
stick to its hawkish stance for longer.  .N

32,681.03. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 1.57% at 3,949.4 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was down 2.01% at 11,357.907.
