Weight Watchers jumps as it adds Lilly oral weight-loss pill to program

** Shares of WW International WW.O jumps 21% to $11.58 premarket

** Telehealth firm says it will begin offering Eli Lilly’s LLY.N newly approved oral weight‑loss drug Foundayo to eligible U.S. members

** Foundayo is a once-daily pill in the GLP‑1 class, medicines that help people feel full and eat less, avoiding weekly injections

** Co says access will be through its Med+ program, which includes clinician care, insurance support and treatment tools

** Says members paying out of pocket will see prices start at $149 a month for the lowest dose

** Adds members using its behavioral support alongside GLP‑1 drugs lost nearly 30% more weight on average than those without support

** As of last close, stock down ~67% YTD
