Blocklisting Application

 

The Company announces that it has made a blocklisting application to AIM for
491,861 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
These Ordinary Shares will be available to satisfy the future exercises of
options over Ordinary Shares under the following share option schemes: the
Wynnstay Unapproved Share Option Scheme; the Company's Save As You Earn
Scheme; and the Company's Share Option Plan. These shares, when issued, will
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
