Further to the announcement made on 19 October 2015, Wynnstay, the agricultural and retail group, is pleased toconfirm that itcompleted the agreement with T. G. Jeary Ltd for the acquisition of its West Country farm supplies operation, Agricentre, and certain related assets, on 30 October.
