 Director and PDMR dealing

Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces that it has been informed
that Cath Smith, Independent Non-executive Director, purchased 506 ordinary
shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 September 2025.
Following this transaction, Cath Smith is beneficially interested in 506
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.002 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company.
