Director/PDMR share dealing

 

Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces that on 3 April 2023, Mr
Paul Roberts, a director of the Company, sold 2,188 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 437.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Roberts and
a person closely associated with him under the EU Market Abuse Regulations
have a total combined beneficial holding of 96,810 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.43% of the Company's issued share capital.
