("Wynnstay" or the "Group" or the "Company")

 

Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the
Company provides the following update regarding the total number of voting
rights in the Company.

 

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 22,986,580 Ordinary Shares
of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), and there are no shares held in
treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company therefore is
22,986,580, and this number should be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculation of notifiable interests in, or changes to their interest
in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
